This application completely duplicates the user functionality of the web service "Personal Account of the Housing and Utilities Payer". The main functionality contains:- Formation of receipts for payment;- Payment of receipts by credit card;- Setting up electronic delivery of receipts;- Transmission of meter readings;- Details of charges and payments.
